south carolina or bust

On Monday night-the 21st of July-ryan and i caught our first of 3 red eyeflights...you could say it wasn't the most delightful experience, but you do what you gotta do for cheap flights! And thankfully this time around there was no lost luggage or licenses or wedding rings!(last time was our honeymoon). Anyway..we had a really wonderful time. We were kept busy every single day so when the time came to leave it felt like we just got there! We did SO many things so i'm just going to make a list...

1. Took Hayes family pictures

2. Went to myrtle beach to celebrate an early one year anniversary!...coming up on August 9th!

3. Went to Carowinds(an amusement park in North Carolina)

4. Enjoyed a delicious seafood buffet

5. Celebrated Sadie's 1st birthday(Ryan's sister Lindsay's baby girl)

6. Went to the beach

7. Went to chik-fil-a of course!

8. Took the jet skis for a ride in gator infested waters

9. Went out on a little harbor cruise of Charleston with ryan's parents in their boat and docked up at RB'S restaurant for some seafood and hush puppies

10. Had a big family BBQ

11. Went out to an island on ryan's family boat, got incredibly burnt and saw a million dolphins!

12. went and saw get smart and loved it! laughed the ENTIRE time..

13. got to spend time with ryan's best friend Tom-he's basically family.

14. ryan loved being able to be with his dog oscar 15. ryan and tom went fishing with a cast net and caught some little guys

And i think that about sums it up! It was a really bitter sweet goodbye. We REALLY wish we could have stayed longer. I was blessed with AMAZING in laws-the only problem is they are on the other side of the country! It going to be really hard trying to figure out where to end up when it comes time to settle down, but i guess we will just have to find out!
